On admin panel should be shown a internal note added also like uvdesk helpdesk
How to Reproduce:
Suggestion 1:
Step 1: Create a ticket with added internal note added in workflow
Step 2: Now check on the worpdress helpdesk admin panel here internal note not showing:
Step 3: Now check on the saas helpdesk admin side here internal note added:

When agent assigned from worpdress admin helpdesk so here internal note shwoing like this instead of correct internal note added:
On uvdesk saas helpdesk after agent assigned should be shown like this:
