1. Why is this change necessary?
If an admin/agent creates a ticket for the customer then the formate of the message is not correct. Also signature is not added on reply & ticket create
2. What does this change do, exactly?
we add editor on the form so that it will count spaces & the next line. Also added signature on ticket create.
