Description
When Ticket Assign to agent so not going to these placeholders {%ticket.message%} {%ticket.threadMessage%}

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to admin and ticket assign to any agent
Step 2: Now go to agent mail id and here are not showing ticket message and ticket thread message

Possible Solution

Additional context
When go to admin panel see ticket assign email tamplate:
