When I make manually template from workflow and email templates so collaborators name and email not showing in mail

How to reproduce
Step 1: Go to admin -> email templates and here create new templates for collaborator added and collaborator reply with placeholder collaborator name and collaborator email id.
Step 2: Now go to workflow and create workflow for collaborator added and reply
Step 3: Now added collaborator from customer and admin side
Step 4: Now check collaborator mail so here are not showing collaborator name and email id

yes, I have checked this issue and now, this issue is fixed in master
