How to reproduce
Step 1. Go to Customer Dashboard or website
Step 2. Now added CC and BCC mail id's from Customer Dashboard
Step 3. Now go to CC and BCC mail id's so here are not going to mails regarding the tickets thread.

Possible Solution

Now check CC and BCC mail id's here are not going to any mail.
