How to generate refcoco+?

First of all. Excellent work!. I wonder about how is structure the data folder related of refcoco+. Can you give me some information about that, and what is the source code to generate. I think you are use this code: https://github.com/lichengunc/refer?tab=readme-ov-file to generate the .json. Am I right?
