Summary

Add options to filter and sort posts on the "All news and updates" page

Open questions:

- Is sort always chronological? Other sorting methods?
- What types of filters do we want?
    - Type: Updates, news, etc
    - Categories: Accessibility, monthly call, discussions, etc?
