Tutorial: SSP Control Implementation - Part 1 of 1

User Story:

As an OSCAL SSP author, I need to understand how to document control implementation so that I can create well-formed OSCAL SSPs that describe how each control in the specified baseline is implemented within the system.

Goals:

This tutorial (part 3 of 3) should provide in-depth documentation showing how the following control implementation concepts:

• importing baseline profile
• documenting control descriptions
• set-parameters
• documenting implemented-requirements
• provide guidance on use of component definitions in SSPs
• describe any associated props and links

Acceptance Criteria

• All OSCAL website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated. Changes to the OSCAL website can be made in the docs/content directory of your branch.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
