How to connect "glacier-cmd" to SimpleDB domain

As mentioned in the documentation that a SimpleDB domain is required to enable Bookkeeping n other important features. As advised in the documentation, tried to use "Javascript Scratchpad for Amazon SimpleDB" and created a domain but the part which I'm not able to understand is how can I now connect "glacier-cmd" that SimpleDB domain.

Steps which I performed to create domain:

• Downloaded "Javascript Scratchpad for Amazon SimpleDB" from AWS in my local machine
• Opened index file and created domain
• Copied the Javascript Scratchpad for Amazon SimpleDB directory on the EC2 instance where "glacier-cmd" is installed.

Please help!!
