Updating historic Lagoon 1 Pull Requests for Lagoon 2

We still have a number of outstanding Lagoon 1 PRs (https://github.com/amazeeio/lagoon/pulls?q=is%3Apr+sort%3Aupdated-desc+label%3Alagoon-one+) - please can we look at them and decide whether they need to be recreated against Lagoon2.

If these PRs are still required for Lagoon 1 (in the next couple of weeks, please can you repush the branch to uselagoon/lagoon-one and create a new PR. Please also create a forwardport PR to Lagoon2.
