Update kafka docker images from wurstmeister/kafka and wurstmeister/zookeeper to more recent and better maintained images.
Wurstmeister images look like there are no longer maintained (wurstmeister/kafka-docker#742).

Consider updating to kafka images maintained by confluent(https://hub.docker.com/r/confluentinc/cp-kafka/). These include the community version on confluent platform which we do not currently use but these seem to be better maintain and confluence could possibly replace kowl. Hi. bitnami/kafka are also well maintained, and are smaller, in general
Confluent Control Center requires an enterprise license for more than one broker, so not comparable to kowl
