Design: Next iteration of "What is Urbit?"/"About Urbit"

We need a section/CTA in the front/home page dedicated to explaining the high-level story + ideals + reasons that inform "The Urbit Project".

This should effectively form a more long-lasting "What is Urbit?" that's more decoupled from Tlon's product delivery schedule.

This new CTA could take on the form of a video, dynamic media, or a story, but should be a lot more easy to digest than our current 5-pager longform text.

Jimmy note:

The site right now does a great job of getting someone interested to use Urbit/Landscape, but it does it need some clarity on how the underlying technology is made possible (without diving deep). The key is here to actually persuade someone that this technology is worth using, and is built on a stable + principled foundation.
