Groups listed in directory out of date?

Can anybody still connect to this group? Seems to have died

I was able to connect to it /1/group/~winder-dapsym/urchan

I'm also able to access urchan. However, the groups listing also may be out of date for unrelated reasons. I tried following the instructions at https://urbit.org/groups/submit for including a group in the listing, leading to this PR: #2226

It seems like the person who used to be in charge of this, no longer has push access to this repo.

Not like the groups directory is a big priority but still, either the process should be rectified, or the flawed instructions should be removed imo.
