Redirection optional per site

It is not possible having a TYPO3 system with multiple sites and e. g. only one of them should automatically redirect the user.
Have I just not found the setting? Or does it not yet exist?

It would be ideal to enable/disable the redirect function on a per-site basis. Perhaps "simply" adding a method option "0" for easy deactivation.
