To repro:

workflow <- DAGWorkflow$new(name="myWorkflow")

workflow$visualize()

Outputs:

Error in data.frame(id = 1:n, type = type, label = label, stringsAsFactors = FALSE) : 
  arguments imply differing number of rows: 2, 0
