Difference between this project and sbt openapi plugin

Is there any difference between this project and the one from https://github.com/OpenAPITools/sbt-openapi-generator/ ?

I have reached out to the OpenAPI generator team on this. There was no sbt plugin tied to the project when we released this and it appears that they have since released one.
