How to correctly install a release v0.19.0b3

Hi, I am trying to install a specific release: https://github.com/unionai-oss/pandera/releases/tag/v0.19.0b3

But no matter how I try to install it, when checking the version after installation it shows:
pandera 0.0.0+dev0

and not
pandera v0.19.0b3

can anyone help here?

The reason I want this specific version is because ofcourse polars.
