Create full example setups

Description

We need multiple example deployments to show the capabilities of the system on i.e. Kubernetes in combination with Istio external Auth plugin. The manifests should be placed in the examples folder.

Steps

• Local
  • Kelon standalone
• Kubernetes
  • Kelon + kube-mgmt
  • Istio + Kelon
  • Istio + Gloo + Kelon
  • Linkerd + Gloo + Kelon
  • Gloo + Kelon

Outcome

Good examples that show how to use Kelon in a real world scenario.

@dcseifert Deployed a test cluster in digital ocean, and added Istio and Kelon. Manifests can be found here: https://github.com/Foundato/kelon-examples

We need to figure out a strategy for examples, because they have to be updated often. Maybe we migrate them all to the examples project ?
