So, the problem with MD from #174 is still happening after v1.15.0. However I don't know why exactly. Maybe because I use anonymizer bot, hance there is no first_name to insert after "confirmed by"

My guess is its the additional info, that needs to be escaped. When I just "change ban" without calling the info - it renders fine.
