Auto delete bot messages

It will be really cool to have possibility to delete bot messages automatically after some timeout

I need more context. What messages exactly do you propose to delete? If this is about the startup message, spam detection or warnings, you can completely suppress them from the chat by setting --no-spam-reply and keeping the default empty --message.startup.
