Related documents on series landing pages are not correct

Looking at https://www.unlockingtheairwaves.org/programs/the-jeffersonian-heritage/, there seem to be way way more related documents showing than there should be. According to Airtable, there should be about 20 related folders and less than 10 related items, for a total of related documents around 30, and instead, it is showing several hundred. The series data JSON file has the correct information from Airtable, but it looks like somehow it's displaying a huge chunk of all the documents in the database instead?

It's not just Jeffersonian heritage either... looking at https://www.unlockingtheairwaves.org/programs/advances-in-science/, there should be 0 related documents and items and there are again at least 100 displaying on the page (but I believe a slightly different list than what is displaying for Jeffersonian heritage). Every series page I've looked at seems to have the same issue, though with larger or smaller lists of related documents, so it doesn't seem like they're all displaying the same list.
