v15.1: RTE detects changes while there are none

Bug summary

If you open a page with a visible (so not hidden inside Block List) RTE, Umbraco will always warn for changes, even though you've not modified anything. Happens both in Chrome and Firefox.

Add some content to a RTE, save and publish, navigate away from page, go back to the previous page and try to navigate away again, see:
