Add support for other image formats than highest resolution

Add smaller image formats produced by gen1 and gen2 cameras.

Attached is the one for gear 360 (2017) 2560x1280. Being new to this, I only just discovered how to change my video size. Oh well. At any rate, I discovered that as long as the video is reduced equally horizontally and vertically (which it pretty much has to!), then the pto numbers that deal with size/location can be all be reduced by the same factor and the result is very, very close.
