When rockets fizzle, their error logs are buried. It'd be nice to have a way to pull and parse them for debugging purposes.

Tangentially: Luigi has a task status tracking feature (see the Task.set_tracking_url syntax)

P.S. I think @apalizha is working on this right now, and she might have some test functions already built.
