This command is used to delete suppressed URLs from Solr indexes. But

It doesn't work when given an alias rather than a collection, so ideally should check the aliases and then step through the collections.
It doesn't remove the corresponding URLs from the CDX index (and indeed it's not clear if that should always be done).
