I'm thinking of something like a double helix, which symbolically brings together the concepts of something that underpins everything else, is not really visible, code, and underpins reproducibility.

Thanks @KarinaMarks! This site has a logo (top-left, and in the browser tab), roughly based on Matt Dray's RAP sticker. Do you think we need a different one, maybe for a different purpose?
