Implement 'virtual lists' to handle large cards lists, events lists and logs

The current tabular implementation is unwieldy for large cards list - recommended practice is less than about 1500 - 2000 elements per page and each card row requires 6+ elements. The same is true for the events and logs pages.

Replace the tabular list implementation with a virtual list that manages the cards in memory.
