Now, points only get reset at the end of each semester. This means that students can get locked out of the reservation system for the entirity of an exam period.

We would like to rehaul this and allow for a gradual decrease of penalty points during a certain period, e.g. -20 every week. It could be desirable to allow admins to update this via the management dashboard.
