Support for mouseover/hover

Description

On qutebrowser, I can type ;h to trigger mouseover/hover hints. Then I key the letters in, and the hover is triggered. It's useful on Facebook particularly with reactions to posts. It would be awesome to see similar functionality with Vimmatic.

I use Vimmatic on both Zen and Brave because it's closest to the functionality of Qutebrowser. I love it, but this is one thing that appears to be missing. To be fair, it's missing in the other plugins/extensions that give browsers vim keys too.
