Blockquote generating empty nodes on enter, when on beginning of node and hit enter

Description
When you want to add some text before existing Bbockquote content, you create a new empty line and hit enter, you are creating empty blockquote nodes inside json.

Expected behavior
It should add a line break inside existing Blockquote.
