Remove intermediate PanCan cluster results from TCGA hub #532

The TCGA hub has intermediate PanCan Atlas cluster results such as _PANCAN_mirna_LAML (https://xenabrowser.net/heatmap/?bookmark=9239901af1655da474c9758fbb3938d3). We should remove them from the database and ideally replace them with the final clustering results from the paper: https://www.cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092-8674(18)30302-7#supplementaryMaterial
