This page https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?cohort=MET500%20(expression%20centric)&removeHub=https%3A%2F%2Fxena.treehouse.gi.ucsc.edu%3A443 lists both an fpkm and a log2fpkm dataset. But when I click on the log2(fpkm) dataset https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?dataset=MET500%2FgeneExpression%2FM.mx.txt&host=https%3A%2F%2Fucscpublic.xenahubs.net&removeHub=https%3A%2F%2Fxena.treehouse.gi.ucsc.edu%3A443 it lists the unit as log2(fpkm + 0.001).
