Support streaming (file larger than memory size) in opj_decompress

Now that the library supports large files decompression, it would be nice to make j2k_to_image
support large JP2 files (> 2Go).

Only formats with Large File Support would be concerned (AFAIK, only TIFF, once libtiff
4.0 is included in 3rd parties).

I am pretty sure we can close this one. Feel free to reopen if you believe openjpeg
2.0.0 did not adress this issue.

I am pretty sure this is NOT fixed, just looking at the code :

The image is fully decoded in memory there.

This issue is not about libopenjp2 to support streaming, but about opj_(de)compress
to support streaming.
Those 2 codecs should ideally allow TIF<->JP2 conversion for arbitrary sized files.
