Reproduce issue #1542 and report a bug. After that you are back on the manual download file page, where the "Continue" button simply does nothing and there is no button that would let me retry here. At least the "Report a bug" button still works. 😉

I really hope we'll make progress with #1150 soon, the current stateless approach is terrible and requires hacks to avoid issues like this very often... Thanks for reporting.
