Request solaar to be included

Describe the package

I'd like to request the package solaar because the flatpak is out of date (see flathub/io.github.pwr_solaar.solaar#22), and I'm not sure if it's still maintained.

I have also experienced issues with the flatpak version with regards to battery reporting that is resolved by running solaar from a distrobox container, but I'm not sure if this is an issue with flatpak or just the version of solaar being out of date.
