Ffmpeg flatpak runtime version 24.08 doesn't work with firefox for H.264 hardware acceleration

Have to install 23.08 in addition to 24.08 for h.264 decoded to work in Firefox

Hardware

Intel Ultra Core 5 125H Meteor Lake

Software

Aurora-dx:stable && Aurora-dx:latest

Firefox flatpak v113 (latest/

I haven't tried to reproduce the issue on bluefin. I didn't have the issue on Achillobator so I assumed a KDE related issue but it seems more like a compatibility issue between ffmpeg and firefox

I'll see about repro-ing it on bluefin today

Looks like since Bluefin has Clapper it's keep ffmepg on 23.08 so Bluefin doesn't have the issue

I was able to reproduice the issue by removing 23.08 and installing 24.08. Will see if it's an issue on other GPUs

So I'm not sure what exactly the issue is. mpv seems to work fine with only ffmpeg 24.08, but I'm unsure if it uses the ffmpeg runtime for h.264.

So maybe the issue is that firefox should be asking for the 23.08 version of ffmpeg?
