fix: use proper RPMFusion repos for F40 akmod builds

In preparation for the F40 release, we can now switch over to using the proper (non-development) RPMFusion repositories.
I do not believe this needs to wait for release day, and can probably be merged whenever.

I couldn't find any logic regarding which versions are considered latest, stable etc in this repo.

Agreed! The builds are green which is good confirmation, but I doubly confirmed by checking the mirror directory structure and seeing they have 40 in both the release and development location. So we are good to remove the "development" sed.

Correct. akmods builds don't contain the concept of latest, etc... they just build for a version and a kernel flavor, and that's it.
