This is to track the merging of FactorizePhys - a recently published rPPG approach, to appear at NeurIPS, 2024 (https://openreview.net/pdf?id=qrfp4eeZ47)

Brief Plan

  • Add folder - FactorizePhys/neural_methods/model/FactorizePhys
  • Add FactorizePhys/neural_methods/trainer/FactorizePhysTrainer.py
  • Update config.py file
  • Add training and inference config files
  • Add selected pretrained models.
  • [Optional] Add YOLO5Face detector that the repo uses (FactorizePhys/dataset/data_loader/face_detector)
  • [Optional] Add FactorizePhys/tools/output_signal_viz/batch_comparison.py for output signal plots generation for multiple models as a batch operation.
