Windows build needs work

I won't file a propper bugreport just yet because I might be the stupid one here but the windows builds seems to be missing quite a bit of stuff. I aslo caught two bugs, notably when setting up clear data on exit, the menu hangs, and the adblocker doesn't accept custom filterlists, with the errormessage "invalid date". I'd also prefer if the tab search, sidepanel and user account buttons could be hidden, but that's just cosmetic, I understand if it's not a priority

yeah, I'm trying it out now and the first bugbear is there is no way to customize/edit the newtab page. I'm an extension minimalist
