"Dictionary" is the first item in the text selection pop-up context menu

I'm annoyed/bothered by the "Dictionary" item, which is the first button (option) in the text selection pop-up context menu on Samsung with A.11 (IDK about other configurations...), that's not the case with/in Bromite on other devices and OS vers. too - please, either replace it with the Web search one (which I actually have use for it and use it constantly/often, unlike the "Dictionary" one - never at all), or remove/move/bury it deep, to the last place, that should even be after the "Translate" ones, that appear if you have such apps installed, being by G., MS, Yandex or other.

Normal & Incognito: It should be the same for everyone, including in a text input field, except the address bar, where there's a "Clipboard" one and the "Dictionary" is under the 3-dots menu (where it should be), and I don't have the "Clipboard" one in a text input field for some reason, nor the "Web search" one for selected text for that matter or "Share", but I have "Paste", anyway, here you go - a screenshot (which I can't attach directly for some reason, because the comment's 3-dots menu jumps me to the top of the discussion and doesn't provide the options, so I will edit from another browser or from desktop - wait for the edit with the SS...):

Attached from Bromite (187 MB Total when installed and works better and faster than*), because *Cromite (350 MB Total when installed, all cache data purged from inside in both) is acting out as I explained and btw - it looks like those text related options should be standardized a bit...

Edit: I just installed a translation app and instead of going to the 3-dots menu as an additional option (like in Bromite), it went after the "Dictionary", which in the way for me, as I don't use those often, or at all when it comes to the dict., it's more likely to have to copy something or use any other option, like the "Web search" one, than translate.
Third-party/external items/options are being prioritized and added & listed first, then the native ones. I can have 4 translators and they will be shown and available first, then Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All, Share, Clipboard, Web search, Autofill will be moved to the 3-dots menu as also available, which is bad, that's the whole problem here.

Regarding the GH jump to top problem when using the comment's edit options with Cromite only - GH is buggy as they don't properly/fully test the changes they push, the previous layout worked and looked a lot better on mobile in portrait, but this might also be related to the Adblock Plus filters that I enabled (didn't check to confirm yet), even tho it doesn't happen in Kiwi with UBlock Origin (which is way-way better).

BTW, since it's also related to the text selection (IDK if it's not mentioned somewhere already), but I would like if there was a way without custom scripts or anything to block/disable the text selection restriction that some sites use/enforce, which is super dumb in my opinion, but I can kind understand why for news articles to fight against plagiarism & scrapers, but for sites like apkfab to block it for the changelogs/"what's new" is ridiculous, thankfully there are other browsers (not many) that have the option to block the blocking.
