Facebook videos not playing

Description

For quite some time I have had issues playing videos in facebook under firefox 63 (I believe also before).

Basically what happens is that the video seems to buffer, then stops, the reload button appears for a second or so and then it stops and I can click to "start the video" which then ends up in the same procedure.

This happens having all scripts allowed, I tried it with the "disable" button and by explicitly allowing all scripts. I tried reloading the page (ctrl+r, ctr+shift+r, opening the link in a new page and also with matrix's reload button).

A specific URL where the issue occurs

E.g. this video: https://www.facebook.com/extra3/videos/10155943584073918/

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a video on facebook
2. Try to play the video
3. Feel free to try to allow all scripts (I guess mainly the facebook.com and fbcdn.net)
