Unable to zoom the text using 'control+mouse wheel' on desktop(windows 10)

some themes like default one allows the zooming through mouse wheel. i like your theme too much but its unusable for me because the fonts are too small. kindly fix this or guide me to edit the css.

On Windows 10, does holding down the Ctrl while pressing the + key do anything for you?

Ctrl+   (Zooms In)
Ctrl-    (Zooms Out)
