Unknown error occurred

Running arlo integration in HASSIO fine for months no issues but from a couple of weeks ago, now it's not getting past the 2fa any more. Tried 2 different 2fa email accounts.
Just gives unknown error when deleting account and trying to add again, any ideas?

Sorry feel silly now, changed from Outlook to Gmail server and generated an app password, back running again now, thanks for your help!
