Media not Being Saved

When I configured media to save to a path with a mounted NAS drive, it is still not saving.
This is my /homeassistant/aarlo.yaml, and it seems to take snapshots and updates the cameras but it isn't saved anywhere.

aarlo:
  save_media_to: "/media/Arlo/${N}/${Y}/${m}/${d}/${T}" 
  backend: sse

Arlo is the mounted NAS drive.
When I try and replace the path to

save_media_to: "/config/media"

It still doesn't save anywhere. I can create files in both locations through the terminal and it is instantly reflected in the NAS storage.
