The 2021 National budget presented in September 2020, by the Minister of Finance, proposed the increase of the exemption threshold for individual (PAYE) tax. From ZK3300 to ZK4000, bringing the new bands as in the image attached

For more information check the tax summary from the Zambia Revenue Authority, under Compensating Measures > Revenue Concession Measures.

Hey @twmbx not sure how far you've gotten with this but I managed to implement it on my local copy.
