Feature Request: Emoji Hashtags/Cashtags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is an increasing usage of emoji hashtags and cashtags (for example #🇺🇸 and $🇺🇸), however these are not indexed at the moment.

Describe the solution you'd like
Making emoji hashtags and cashtags searchable. Convert emojis to punycode, and index them. It's not that hard. For example #🇺🇸 and $🇺🇸.
