Hi
Now if I want to give extra access to somebody AND set it as a watcher, I need to do it separately (one time for access, second one for watcher) - it's not very convenient.
Could you please consider an option (global or per project setting) that when I give someone an extra access, he is set as watcher automatically?
That would improve the workflow considerably.
Another issue:
Even if I create an issue and set extra access, there will notifications about changes, but no notification about issue creation so the person involved won't get the info about new issue.
Could be nice if the extra access could be set upon issue creation.
We have been managing this situation by using Extended watchers plugin but it's not compatible with your plugin (users got access and notification even if they don't have right to trackers)

(making it compatible would be nice too)
BTW Great plugin, gives a plethora of new possibilities in Redmine.
