Contant Crashing

I have an iPhone 5 with Twilio installed on our Dreamhost server. Active with no issues on the web side of things, but since iOS6 was released, the iphone app keeps crashing. Anybody else with this issue. Will open once, then the next time it's ran it will crash. If you uninstall/reinstall the app, it will work the first launch, then fail after that. Its happening on the iPhone 3gs, 4, 4s, and the 5. Anybody else with these issues?

Same issue. It works once and then doesn't work again until I remove and reinstall it.
