Describe the bug
Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Slim\App::__construct(), 0 passed in \twilio_calls\index.php on line 10 and at least 1 expected in \twilio_calls\vendor\slim\slim\Slim\App.php:61 Stack trace: #0 \twilio_calls\index.php(10): Slim\App->__construct() #1 {main} thrown in \twilio_calls\vendor\slim\slim\Slim\App.php on line 61

Expected behavior
an automated message is said to the participant in the call: "Thanks for calling! We just sent you a text with a clue."
