Dynamic relation labels while setting a new relation field

Current Behavior

In the relation field, the object icons and names are not pre-filled.

Desired Behavior

1. The field icon should match the destination object icon. For example, it should display the target-arrow icon below. This icon should update when the selected object changes unless the user has overridden it (5).
2. The field name should match the destination object name. For example, it should display Opportunities below. This name should update when the selected object changes unless the user has overridden it (5).
3. The field icon should match the origin object icon. For example, it should display the checkbox icon below, as the relation is set from the tasks object.
4. The field name should match the origin object name. For example, it should display tasks below, as the relation is set from the tasks object.
